PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pack contents again in a packaging box. SOLUTION: A rectangular packaging box 1 in a plan view is made of a corrugated fiberboard plate as a material and includes two sets of opposite side plates 2 and 3, base forming flaps 4 and 5 connected with the lower ends of the side plates 2 and 3, and top cover forming flaps 6 and 7 connected with the upper ends of the side plates 2 and 3. The top cover forming flap 6 connected with the upper end of one of side plates 2 to be folded first among the flaps 6 and 7 connected with the upper ends of the two sets of the side plates 2 and 3 can be two-folded via a ruled line 12.
