PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejector having a head case which can be produced by resin molding with no trouble even when the number of liquid channels is increased. SOLUTION: Liquid channels 22 are formed in a head case 20 by resin molding using a first die 40 elongating from the position of a liquid supply needle 23 toward a nozzle forming surface 21a, and a second protruding die 41 abutting against the forward end of the first die 40. A tapered part 40a is formed at the forward end of the first die 40 and a desired current velocity is ensured by a tapered part 22a formed at the downstream end part of a fluid channel 22. The part 40b other than the tapered part of the first die 40 has a diameter sufficient for ensuring the first die 40 to abut on the second die 41 even when the fluid channel 22 is inclining.
