PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back panel structure for a seat, by which the weight and work manhour are reduced. SOLUTION: The width w1 of each bead part 6 arranged in a back panel 3 is larger than the width w2 of a recessed part 7. The rear surface of a urethane member 4 is substantially flat. The urethane member 4 is joined with the back panel 3 by the rear surface of the urethane member 4 and the bead parts 6 of the back panel 3. Though cavities C are formed between the back panel 3 and the urethane member 4, a joining area is more widely secured than that in a conventional manner.
