In response to the display of the observations by the observation display unit, a treatment information input request notification unit issues a notification of a request to input treatment information about the treatment relating to the observation. Upon receipt of the above-mentioned notification, a treatment information obtaining unit obtains input treatment information. A storage unit associates observation information about the observation with the above-mentioned treatment information, and stores it.
