<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ball-point pen from being accidentally housed in a pocket when the tip end of an ink refill is protruded for use by disabling the opening of a leg of a clip. <P>SOLUTION: In the ball-point pen 1, the ink refill 2 is built into a main body barrel 4 which is fitted with a clip 21 with a clip point 20, and the ink refill 2 and a slider 5, which is slidably provided on the outer peripheral surface of the barrel 4, are integrally coupled to each other. The ball-point pen 1 is provided with a knock mechanism 3 which is composed of an engaging groove 14 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the barrel 4, a rotor 15 engaged with the engaging groove 14, and a knock bar 16; a rear end of the ink refill 2 is locked to the knock bar 16; the slider 5 is axially slid so that the front end of the ink refill 2 can be brought into the using state of being protruded from the barrel 4 and the nonuse state of being retracted; and the slider 5 and the clip point 20 of the clip 21 are engaged with each other so as to inhibit the opening of the leg of the clip 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
