PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a multi-strobe in which the respective timing of a plurality of strobes is adjusted with high accuracy.

SOLUTION: A multi-strobe generating device generates a multi-strobe having a plurality of strobes. The multi-strobe generating device is provided with a shift lock generating part that can output a shift clock obtained by applying frequency division to a reference clock at timing corresponding to timing at which the respective strobes are generated, a strobe generating part for generating a multi-strobe based on respective rises or respective falls of the reference clock, and an adjusting part for adjusting timing at which the strobe generating part generates the respective strobes based on the shift clock.
