<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of defects in reproduction due to heat by deterring a reflecting layer of an optical disk from thermally deforming. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk 1 has a structure that a protection layer 5, a recording layer 7 for hologram recording, a protection layer 9, a preformatted layer 11, a reflecting layer 13, and a protection layer 15 are layered. Information is recorded in the recording layer 7 by holography by using laser light L reflected by the reflection layer 13.
