PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an electric power consumption of a mobile station without increasing a retransmission signal of a data signal received by the mobile station.

SOLUTION: A base station 10 includes a signal transmission section 11 for transmitting a data signal a and retransmission signals a1 to a3 to the mobile station 30 with a predetermined period A. The mobile station 30 includes a reception processing section 31 for executing a reception processing for the data signal a or the retransmission signals a1 to a3 in the predetermined period A, a communication quality detection section 32 for detecting the communication quality of the data signal a or the retransmission signals a1 to a3, and a reception processing method determination section 33 for determining how to process the reception of the data signal a or the retransmission signals a1 to a3 in the predetermined period A according to a result of the communication quality detection.
