<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a trial product for die-casting and a method for trial-producing a die cast product, by which thin and large cast products can be mass-produced. <P>SOLUTION: This producing method of the trial product for die-casting has the peculiarity, in which the trial product is cast by using the same material as the material at the mass-producing time with a sand mold low pressure casting method, in order to mass-produce the thin and large cast product with the die-casting method. When a die for mass-production from a drawing design for die cast product is manufactured, at least one kind of sand mold is manufactured and the product having the same material as the material at the mass-production with the low pressure casting method by using the sand mold, and it is judged whether this product is acceptable to this standard or not, and the trial production of the die cast product is performed by manufacturing the die for mass-production. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
