<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the route of the arm member of a lifting device such as a wheelchair storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A shaft 20 is disposed between the upper plate 32 and the lower plate 34 of a yoke member 30 installed on the fixed side thereof, and the boss 12 of the arm member is rotatably supported on the shaft. The shaft comprises a spherical part 24 at one end and a cutout 26 at the bottom end thereof, and the spherical part is supported on the tubular hole 42 of a flange member 40 on the upper plate. An adjust plate 50 engaged with the cutout portion of the shaft is installed on the lower plate, and mounting holes for passing fixing bolts 56 therein are formed large in diameter so that the fixing positions thereof can be adjusted.
