PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly transmit data without making a mistake in address specification to a terminal to which an e-mail is transmitted. SOLUTION: A mail server 30 is accessed from a terminal 11 having transmission authority. This e-mail transmission system is constituted so that a transmitting operation is performed as it is when a desired piece of data for transmission is selected from a fixed form sentence database 33. A transmitting destination is preliminarily associated with the data for transmission and the data is transmitted to the terminal of a prescribed receiver simply by performing a transmitting action by specifying the data for transmission without specifying and selecting a transmitting destination address.
