PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm that facilities for fire protection are functioning by accessing a fire receiver at each building through a network. SOLUTION: A customer service server registers each of the fire receivers and transmits to the network a calling signal for sequentially and individually calling each of the fire receivers. The fire receiver sends back a normality monitoring signal to the customer service server if normality is found when receiving the calling signal. Meanwhile, when the fire receiver has information on abnormality, the fire receiver returns an abnormality information signal to the customer service server. The customer service server stores the received normality monitoring signal or abnormality information signal upon receiving the normality monitoring signal or abnormality information signal from the fire receiver to which the calling signal was sent, or stores a no-response signal unless receiving the normality information signal or the abnormality information signal within a specified period after sending the calling signal.
