PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base which can be lifted by holding a freely attachable/detachable partition board. SOLUTION: This coin case 9 being a base is provided with a main body case 10 formed like a case body whose upper face is opened, and equipped with a fitting hole 14 formed on its front wall 10a and a latching hole 15 formed on its bottom wall 10b, a partition board 12 equipped with a fit part 16 to be fit into the fitting hole 14 and a latch part 17 to be latched to the latching hole 15, and mounted on the main body case 10 so that the main body case 10 can be parted and a space part 20 arranged between the latching hole 15 and the latch part 17, and positioned at the front wall 10a side of the main body case 10 in the mounted status of the partition board 12. The front wall 10a of the main body case 10 is made to have elasticity, and the latch part 17 is provided with a protruding part 18 extended in the direction of a back wall 10c of the main body case 10 in the mounted status of the partition board 12, and butted against the lower face of the bottom wall 10b.
