PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens attachment structure of frameless spectacles capable of tightly attaching lenses to wraparound endpieces, a bridge, etc., without slack or looseness and ensuring superior safety when a person wears the spectacles. SOLUTION: A lens locking member 20 is disposed on the front surface side of a lens 12. The shank 30 of a first lens locking screw member 26 is inserted from the front surface side of the lens 12 into a through-hole 22a in the support base of the lens locking member 20 and into a lens hole 14. The trunk 38 of a second lens locking screw member 28 is inserted from the rear surface side of the lens 12 into the lens hole 14. The first thread part 30a of the shank 30 and the second thread part 38a of the trunk 38 are engaged, accordingly the lens 12 and the lens locking member 20 are fixed. The shank 30 of the first lens locking screw member 26 does not protrude from the flange 40 of the second lens locking screw member 28 and a larger engaged area of the first thread part 30a and the second thread part 38a is ensured.
