PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing components made of resin capable of deburring simply and rapidly at every unit of respective components made of resin instead of elaborate ultrasonic cleaning and water-jet cleaning. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing components made of resin, a ferrule 12 made of resin taken out of an ultra-precise die is arranged on a transfer stage 36 by means of a robot hand 30, thereafter, a laser beam L is applied toward the edge surface of the ferrule 12 from a laser head 32 mounted on the head part of the robot hand 30 and burrs 40 formed on the peripheral edge of opening parts of a guide hole 20 and an optical fiber inserting hole 18 are removed. As the result of employing dry cleaning by means of laser beam irradiation, the deburring at every unit of respective components is made possible and it is made unnecessary to wait until the considerable number of components are molded as in the conventional technique. Therefore, when the defective is found in the subsequent inspection process, the manufacture is immediately stopped, the die can be exchanged and the occurrence of the defectives can be suppressed to the minimum.
