PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an ultrasonic sensor for stably performing the ultrasonic measurement while inhibiting the influence of the variation in mounting work, and the temperature change. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the ultrasonic sensor, a flange 27 of the ultrasonic sensor 22 is inserted into a flange accommodation slit 32, and held in the plate thickness direction, whereby the holding force of the flange is hardly affected by the variation in the mounting work, and the ultrasonic measurement can be stably performed. Further as the flange 27 is covered by a metallic ring 90 and does not receive the direct force from a side wall 25 of an inner casing 20, the flange 27 is not affected by the thermal deformation of the sensor body 26 even when the thermal deformation exists, and the measurement can be stably performed.
