PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving antipyretic activity of para-aminophenol derivatives represented by acetaminophen, and also to obtain a medicinal composition having an excellent antipyretic effect. SOLUTION: The medicinal composition having no adverse effect such as gastrointestinal disorder, while having the excellent anti-pyretic effect is provided by using glycine having an antipyretic activity-improving effect and a high safety simultaneously with a para-aminophenol derivative to improve the anti-pyretic activity of the para-aminophenol derivative.
