PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic which stably contains vitamin A and/or its derivative and vitamin C and/or its derivative, gives excellent senses of use such as body and freshness when used, has excellent skin effects (a wrinkle-improving effect and a bleaching effect), and has excellent temporal stability. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is characterized by comprising (A) vitamin A and/or its derivative, (B) water-soluble vitamin C and/or its derivative, (C) an N-acylalkyltaurine salt, and (D) an oil-soluble antioxidant.
