PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which prevents a user from falling ill caused by pressure on the mandible by a sleeping posture. SOLUTION: This mandible protection pillow comprises a T-shape hard region enabled to reduce pressure on the mandible when a user sleeps in a face-up position or a recumbent position. The T-shape hard region comprises an occipital region laying curved part, a temporal region laying part, and a neck region laying part. The occipital region laying curved part is formed from the upper part to the lower part of the T-shape, has a curve almost same as the occipital region, and stores the occipital region when a user sleeps in a face-up position. The temporal region laying part set on right and left sides of the occipital region laying curved part above the T-shape and the temporal region is laid thereon when a user sleeps in a recumbent position.
