PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm/cold holder for the shoulders, hardly shifting in use and easily applied to a user. SOLUTION: In this warm/cold holder for the shoulders, one side of a sheet-like body 10 is provided with a pocket 11, and a heat retainer 2 where a heat medium is enclosed is accommodated in the pocket 11, and the holder is applied to the shoulders of the user so that the pocket 11 abuts on the shoulders. In the holder, the edges located on the abdominal area and back side of the user when the body 10 is abutted on the shoulders are provided with a locking band having a locking implement locked in the peripheral edge of the waist of the trousers worn by the user.
