PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain lift curves optimal for an apparatus of the object of lifting and lowering, an operation form, etc. SOLUTION: A left and a right lifting cylinders 8 for acting on each of a pair of left and right lifting arms 6 integrally vertically shaking around a shaft center x in the left and right directions and vertically shaking the lifting arms 6 are provided.
