The collection unit has a system for the irradiation (1) of a specimen (2), with a variable resistance (Tr8, R9) as load and with circuit facilities for determining the current and the voltage of the specimen (2). To the specimen (2), is connected in parallel, a voltage divider (Tr8, R9) of a known resistance (R0) and the controllable resistance, changeable in steps. The voltage drops of which, are suppliable to a computer (17), following an analogue-digital conversion in an ADC (14). The computer computes current values of the current through the specimen and voltage values of the voltage at the specimen, respectively controllable for determined values, computing resistances varying in steps, and also delivering control signals for the control of the variable resistance. |
