An automatic sandal manufacturing and vending device includes: a sole container containing a plurality of sandal soles sorted according to the size; an upper container containing a plurality of sandal uppers sorted according to the size; a size selection section for a user to select a desired sole and upper size; a consideration input section for the user to input consideration for manufacturing and selling a pair of sandals desired by the user; an attachment mechanism section for attaching the upper desired by the user to the sole desired by the user; and a sandal discharge section for discharging the pair of sandals having the soles to which the uppers have been attached by the attachment mechanism section into a takeoff section from which the user can take the sandals out. These components are contained in a case.
