摘要 A chemical reforming hydrogen reactor has a fuel atomizer (1) with a jet (2) unit having a number of apertures (3) discharging to a dosing chamber, and a dosing aperture (6). Each aperture (3) imparts a radial vector towards the (2) jet centreline (10) at stepped heights (4). The jet has one or more transverse inserts (5) with a central aperture (11) in the direction of fuel flow (8). Each transverse insert (5) is positioned respectively just above (4.1) a net inlet (3). The jet unit is a hollow cylinder with a gas inlet located between the first height stage (4.1) and the dosing inlet (6). A further jet aperture is located in the direction of fuel flow after the last height stage and imparts an axial component vector. In manufacture the insert (5) outer margin is sealed against the jet cylinder inner wall by hydraulic pressure, welding or laser welding. The aperture (11) is rectangular or trapezoidal. The insert has a concave presentation to the oncoming fuel flow.
