<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server system, an information processor/information processing method and its program and a navigation device/system/method and its program being a technology for effectively improving the actual utilization rate of information by providing valuable event information and positional information really necessary for a user, and letting the user use it for navigation according to each time charging. <P>SOLUTION: A request issuing part 61 of a personal computer P requests desired event data. In a server system S, a charging requesting part 72 returns a data fee corresponding to the desired event data, that is, a charging sum to a personal computer P. A data providing part 73 of the server system S transmits the event data of the facility, the positional data and the data of privilege points in the use of the facility to the personal computer P when the reply of charging approval is obtained from the personal computer P.
