<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of preventing an adjacent conductive adhesive material from being in contact and securing die bonding strength even when light emitting diodes are mounted in high density. <P>SOLUTION: The display device comprises a substrate 29, a plurality of electrodes 30, 31 and 32 provided separately from each other on the substrate 29, a plurality of light emitting diodes 12 provided through the conductive adhesive material 33 on the respective electrodes, and an insulating layer 34 provided on the substrate 29 so as to surround the conductive adhesive material 33.
