<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost touch panel having high electrical reliability and substantially not damaging transparency. <P>SOLUTION: Electrode patterns 11, 21 respectively made of a plurality of conductive wires 12, 22 are alternately formed into a grid shape on opposite faces of a flexible substrate 10 and a substrate 20, and both the substrates 10, 20 are arranged with a predetermined interval. Both the electrode patterns 11, 21 are made contact with each other at an optical intersection position 30 constituting a grid, and thereby switch operation is performed at the position. A plurality of dot spacers 14, 24 holding an interval between both the substrates 10, 20 are formed on the conductive wires 12, 22 of the electrode patterns 11, 21 excepting the intersection position 30 required for the switch operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
