PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the latency of transaction as much as possible. SOLUTION: One master module 100 is connected to a plurality of slave modules 101 to 103 as a ring so that an information transfer signal obtained by serializing transaction and a clock signal for synchronization can flow in one direction. The master module 100 issues transaction for permitting access to the arbitrary modules of the plurality of slave modules 101 to 103 to the slave module 101 just behind the master module 100 in the ring, and each of slave modules 101 to 103 analyzes the transaction transmitted from the module just ahead the slave module in the ring, and transfers the transaction to the module just behind the slave module in the ring as it is without waiting for the analysis results.
