PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which forms an electron transportation film having high electron transportation ability and being mechanically/ chemically very stable and highly durable, which has improved wear resistance and scratching resistance and further has excellent deposition resistance and which can be used with positive electrostatic charge. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer on an electrically conductive supporting body, an uppermost layer of the photosensitive layer contains polymer of an electron transportable compound having two or more chain-polymerizable functional groups in a molecule.
