PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the shape of a part to be attached to an optical base uniform. SOLUTION: A detection lens (6) includes a cylindrical surface (6a) formed on one side and an attaching part (6b) formed on the outer peripheral part of the cylindrical surface (6a) to be attached to the optical base. The attaching part is provided with positioning parts (61, 63 and 63) for positioning the lens at a position corresponding to the specified position of the optical base. The positioning part is either a projecting part (61) projecting from the attaching part or a recessed part (63) recessed from the attaching part toward the inside of the attaching part.
