PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall thermal insulating material and a heat insulation construction method of a partition wall capable of being easily used at a low cost. SOLUTION: The partition wall thermal insulation material is constituted by folding an inorganic fiber heat insulating mat in a wave-like shape to place a cylindrical film on the outer circumference in a compressed state.
