PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which has excellent storage stability and weather resistance without detriment to properties necessary as a sealing agent, an adhesive, or a coating material and can therefore be stored without detriment to curability and water-resistant adhesiveness. SOLUTION: The curable composition contains (A) a crosslinkable silyl-containing organic polymer, (B) an acrylic polymer, (C) a compound which reacts with water to form an amine compound having at least one alkoxysilyl group in the molecule, and (D) a curing catalyst. It is desirable to use as component (A) a crosslinkable silyl-containing polyoxyalkylene polymer, a crosslinkable silyl-containing acrylic-modified polyoxyalkylene polymer and/or a crosslinkable silyl-containing methacrylic-modified polyoxyalkylene polymer.
