PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding bicycle capable of being miniaturized by folding vehicle components and arranging the vehicle components in a compact way, and thereby capable of being easily carried. SOLUTION: This bicycle 1 is provided with a handle stay 14 protruding from a front fork 5, a rear wheel 9 supported by a vehicle frame 3, a seat stay 16 protruding from the vehicle frame 3, a seat 17 supported by the seat stay 16, a pivotally supporting tool 47 for pivotally supporting the handle stay 14 on the front fork 5 so that the handle stay 14 is freely rotatable back and forth along a backward direction A, and a pivotally supporting tool 48 for pivotally supporting the seat stay 16 on the vehicle frame 3 so that the seat stay 16 is freely rotatable back and forth along a forward direction B. At least a part of the handle stay 14 and the seat stay 16 respectively is overlapped to each other in side view of the vehicle body 2 by forth rotations along the directions A and B of the handle stay 14 and the seat stay 16 respectively.
