PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a driver from erroneously realizing that it is a system error according to the alarm occurred when the wheel without a sensor for air pressure detection is mounted. SOLUTION: The device determines whether or not the wheel speed of the wheel which cannot receive the electric wave for a certain time is larger than the wheel speed of the other wheel (step S2). When the wheel speed of the wheel which cannot receive the electric wave for a certain time is larger than the wheel speed of the other wheel, the device turns off the alarm light 6 (step S3). The device determines whether or not the travel distance of the own-vehicle is not less than the distance that the automobile manufacturer guarantees (step S4).
