PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer which enables garbage treatment to be performed in a kitchen sink, makes maintenance and settlement after the treatment unnecessary, further, reduces biochemical oxygen demand etc. of kitchen waste water and makes the kitchen waste water able to flow directly to a sewer pipe. SOLUTION: The garbage disposer is provided with a crushing means 4 disposed in the kitchen sink 2, an adjustment vessel 10 in which the garbage crushed by a crushing means 4 is stored temporarily, a decomposing vessel 11 which is packed with filter material where microorganisms are implanted at the lower part of the adjustment vessel 10 and is used for aerobically decomposing the garbage etc. by the microorganisms, a water vessel 12 which stores water passing through the vessels 10, 11 and is connected with a sewer pipe 28 on the lower side of the vessel 11, the perforated partition plates 8, 9 which partition the respective vessels 10, 11, 12, a circulation pump 18 which feeds water in the water vessel 12 to the adjustment vessel 10, a stirring bar 14 which stirs the crushed garbage in the adjustment vessel 10, a suction port 20 and a discharge port 11c for passing the external air into the decomposition vessel 11 and a pressure-sending pump 30.
