PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixing method by which a substance having the same properties and state can be obtained in the same yield regardless of the size of a mixing apparatus when the properties, state and yield of the substance are changed by a concentration distribution of liquid phase in another liquid. SOLUTION: This liquid mixing method is used for obtaining a prescribed substance by injecting a second liquid B at a second flow velocity Ub into a first liquid A flowing at a first flow velocity Ua in a direction intersecting the flow direction of the liquid A and mixing the liquid A with the liquid B.
