PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical and high accuracy image reconstructing method and a three-dimensional CT system with functions of the image reconstructing method. SOLUTION: This CT system is equipped with a two-dimensional data collecting device 12 to collect projection data in an imaging area of a subject using a two dimensional array detecting device 11, and a hybrid image reconstructing device 31 to reconstruct an image to be reconstructed of the imaging area based on both the projection data and additional data newly calculated based on the projection data. The hybrid image reconstructing device 31 is equipped with a calculating part for an additional medium beam data group, a hybrid reconstructing part for a inclined cross section face, and a generating part for a parallel cross section group, in terms of functions.
