The invention relates to a dry oral phlebtonic and vasculoprotective formulation for the treatment of venous insufficiency, capillary fragility and haemorrhoids, which takes the pharmaceutical form of a chewable tablet containing diosmin. The inventive formulation comprises a mixture of at least one active ingredient containing granular or pure diosmin and a combination of excipients. Said formulation takes the pharmaceutical form of a tablet which can be bitten, chewed or sucked. The aforementioned excipients can comprise at least two polyols, such as xylitol and sorbitol, as well as a compression agent, such as dicalcium phosphate.
