Polymer components flow continuously under pressure through a casting head(1) and are combined in a mixing chamber(3) integrated in a casting tool(2) for product production. Alternatively the casting head has a nozzle with a rotating slide having little or no stroking movement. A cleaning system is incorporated to clean the inner walls and chamber of the mixing chamber between successive casting cycles. The cleaning system cleans the nozzle and/or mixing chamber and includes a cleaning chamber with a rotating, axially movable brush. A suction line is attached to the cleaning chamber to extract cured film layers removed from the casting head. A runner(15) onto which the casting head(1) is moved is on the underside of a molding tool(2).
