PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize development of a high printing density with ink of both dye ink and pigment ink and to eliminate bleeding in a color boundary part.

SOLUTION: At least one surface of uncoated paper made of timber cellulose fibers as a raw material is coated or impregnated with a coating liquid containing a water soluble polymer compound and a cationic acrylic silicone-based acrylic copolymer resin aqueous dispersion having a cationic degree of 0.5 meq/g or more and a glass transition point of 50°C or higher.
