<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rain water from invading to a device containing space in a street installation type transformer device which houses a secondary side unit in the space, by forming the space under a transformer tank housed in an outer case. <P>SOLUTION: In the street installation type transformer device which houses a transformer 2 in the outer case 1 having a sidewall, a ceiling and a ventilating opening and which houses a secondary side unit connected to a secondary side of the transformer in the space 5 formed under the transformer 2, a water stoppage partition wall 20 is provided between the vicinity of a lower end of the tank and an inner surface of the case 1, and a drain hole 21 is provided at the sidewall of the case 1, to prevent the rain water infiltrating from the opening of the case 1 into the case from infiltrating the space side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
