<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat transport performance. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid positioned near an exothermic body 5 is vibrated and displaced as if the fluid collides with the exothermic body 5, turn-back parts 3a of a meandering flow passage 3 are disposed in a portion facing the exothermic body 5, the flow passage 3 is bent, the flow passage 3 is layered in a plurality of stages from the exothermic body 5 side to the flow passage 3 side, and the plurality of flow passages 3 are made to be adjacent to the exothermic body 5 in a vibration direction of the fluid.
