<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively impart additional information by using mail while linking to a television drama program. <P>SOLUTION: The mail of the Internet is linked with the television drama program to distribute information associated with a story to a viewer as mail from the characters in the drama. With respect to a mail distribution schedule, contents registered in a database are selected and distributed in accordance with a personal attribute such as the sex or the age of the registered viewer.
