<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide meat processed food having granular texture of meat and also juicy feeling, and improved in an yield rate when heated. <P>SOLUTION: The meat processed food is such as to contain ≥70 wt.% of cut pieces of meat each having the weight of 0.04-0.1 g as material meat. Emulsified oil added to the cut pieces of meat comprises O/W type one.
