摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody binding with an extracellular domain of an mGluR1 and a method for producing the same, a detection reagent of the mGluR1, containing the same, a diagnostic agent and a treating agent. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing an anti-mGluR1 monoclonal antibody is provided by preparing an mRNA from a domain expressing an antigenic substance of a monoclonal antibody lot 1 abundantly to synthesize a total length cDNA, preparing a library by incorporating the cDNA into an expressing vector for a mammalian cell, introducing the library into COS cells, immuno-staining the COS cells forcefully expressed with proteins by using the monoclonal antibody lot 1, searching cDNA clones under a microscope by using the expression-searching system, isolating the cDNA clone producing the cells deeply dyed with the monoclonal antibody lot 1, determining the base sequence of the clone to elucidate that it encodes the metabolic type glutamic acid receptor 1 (mGluR1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
