<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the best selection can not be made only by information on a present position of candidate processing staff and on a position of a subject process because there are cases where a key to a building and an instrument are not available around the staff closest to the subject process, which may be required to address various events in the subject process such as a demand for maintenance, an unusual situation and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The allocation method manages the position information of an object such as a key and an instrument needed to process an event which has come about in the subject process, makes a rule to make an allowance for the position information on the candidate processing staff, the position information on the subject process, and the position information on the object required to meet a demand for processing beforehand when selecting at least one processing staff member for processing the event, and according to the rule, selects the processing staff. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
