<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the fluid-tightness of a constructed box without using a sealing means. <P>SOLUTION: A synthetic resin sheet 1 is cut into the development shape corresponding to the length, width, and height dimensions of a box to be constructed. On the surface of the sheet 1, curb-shaped folding lines 2 and diagonal folding lines 6 connecting the intersections points of the folding lines 2 to the corners of the sheet 1, respectively, are formed by line-pressing process. Thus, the sheet 1 comprises a bottom board 3 formed at the center thereof that is demarcated by the folding lines 2, front, rear, left and right side boards 4, 5 formed on the four side of the bottom board 3, and four overlapping strips 7 each formed to be diagonal to respective cross side boards. In constructing the box 10, as each side board 4, 5 is raised from the bottom board 3 via a hinge of the folding line 2, the overlapping strip 7 is folded into two right triangles with a common hypotenuse of the diagonal folding line 6 working as a hinge at the four corners of the box 10. Respective doubled overlapping strips 7 are folded toward the outside of the side boards 4, 5 and fixed thereon with fixing means 8a, 8b formed on folding positions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
