<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bend mirror mechanism for laser beam machine in which reproducibility in alignment before and after attaching/detaching a mirror is gualanteed without needing any tool in the case of attaching/detaching the mirror and the mirror is easily cleaned. <P>SOLUTION: The bend mirror mechanism 1 for laser beam machine is characterized by being provided with an attachment holder 3 attaching the bend mirror mechanism to a laser machining device, a bush 7 fit in the bend mirror mechanism attaching hole 5 of the attachment holder, a mirror holder 17 equipped with a mount reference surface 8 engaged with the bush and attachably/detachably fit, a bend mirror 19 fixed by a mirror fixing means on the end face of the mirror holder extended to the inside of the bush, and a plurality of pressing and energizing means 31 which can be engaged with/disengaged from the mirror holder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
