摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device having a data inverter circuit for reducing a simultaneous switching noise and supporting interleaving of parallel data.

SOLUTION: In the integrated circuit device internally equipped with the data inverter circuit for calculating first and second input data groups parallel with an output data group generated before by the data inverter circuit, when the differential number of bits between the first input data group and the output data group is greater than a half size (1/2) of the first input data group and when the differential number of bits between the second input data group and an inverted version of the first input data group is greater than a half size (1/2) of the second input data group, the data inverter circuit generates inverted versions of the first and second input data groups.
