PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture photographing device where a phenomenon that rotation of a finder cam becomes faster than necessary rotation transmitted by motor driving, which occurs in a sudden inclination change part of a spiral cam part due to depression of a cam driven projection disposed in a finder lens is suppressed at the time of a finder zoom operation and occurrence of abnormal noise and image blurring due to the phenomenon can be prevented. SOLUTION: An interlocking gear 6 transmitting torque of a motor to a finder device 2 is engaged with a cam gear 5 of the finder cam. An O ring 7 is inserted into a shaft of the interlocking gear 6, and constant load is given to rotation of the interlocking gear 6. When motor torque is transmitted to the finder device 2 for a zoom operation and torque for improving rotation from the finder device 2 is transmitted to the interlocking gear 6 from the cam gear 5, the phenomenon is inhibited since constant rotation load exists in the interlocking gear 6. Then, image blurring at the time of zooming the finder lens is prevented, collision of a metallic gear with which the interlocking gear is engaged is prevented and occurrence of abnormal noise is prevented.
